How often is data updated?

New keywords are processed within minutes. Watchlists update weekly (Basic) or daily (Pro/Growth). Trends refresh every 6 hours, and LexyRank scores are recomputed every 12 hours.

Does the Chrome extension cost extra?

No, the extension is free. However, lookups through the extension count against your plan's extension quota. Extension Signup Perk: Sign up via the Chrome extension and get 2× Free plan limits for 30 days! (100 searches, 40 extension lookups, 20 keywords, 20 LexyBrain messages)

Do I get email notifications?

Yes! LexyHub sends email notifications for subscription changes (plan upgrades, cancellations, renewals), payment events (successful/failed payments), watchlist updates (significant metric changes), feedback confirmations, and admin broadcasts (important announcements). All emails are professionally branded with plain text fallback, and you can configure your preferences in Settings.

How do plan quotas work?

Each plan has monthly limits for keyword searches, extension lookups, unique keywords ingested, LexyBrain messages, watchlists and keywords per watchlist. Limits reset on your billing date each month.

What happens if I hit my limit?

You'll see a friendly prompt to upgrade. You can either wait for your next billing period or upgrade immediately to continue.

Can I change my plan?

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing date.

Do unused quotas roll over?

No, quotas reset each billing period. It's use-it-or-lose-it.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes! Annual plans save you money: Basic annual is $55/year (save ~$29 vs monthly), Pro annual is $125/year (save ~$31 vs monthly).

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. Cancel from Settings. You'll keep access until the end of your paid period.

How accurate is your data?

Our data is as accurate as our sources (primarily DataForSEO, which pulls from Google). Metrics are estimates, like all keyword tools, but highly reliable for trend analysis and comparison.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use enterprise-grade encryption, secure authentication, and row-level security. Your searches and watchlists are private to you.

Do you share my data?

No. We never share individual user data. We use aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to improve the product, but your specific searches stay private.

Why does some keywords say "collecting data"?

This means it's a new keyword to LexyHub. We're gathering fresh metrics from our data sources. Check back in a few minutes.

How do automatic updates work?

Based on your plan: Free gets manual only, Basic auto-updates weekly (every Monday), Pro updates daily (every morning), and Growth allows custom schedules.

What should I ask LexyBrain?

Anything about keyword strategy: "Should I target X or Y keyword?", "Analyze my watchlist and prioritize", "Find low-competition niches in [topic]", "What's trending for holiday season?" LexyBrain remembers your last 3 questions, so you can ask follow-ups naturally. Rate each response with 👍/👎 to help it learn what's most helpful for you.
